📌 Platform Purpose
Shopal is a digital technology platform that connects customers with nearby cake shops and celebration product sellers. Shopal itself does not bake, cook or manufacture cakes.
🏪 Shopkeeper Responsibility
Shopkeepers are fully responsible for product quality, hygiene, freshness, pricing, preparation, packaging and timely delivery.
🚫 Prohibited Activity
- • Fake listings or copied photos
- • Misleading prices or descriptions
- • Expired / spoiled products
- • Fraudulent transactions
- • Harassment or abusive behavior
🔐 User Accounts
Users must keep login details secure. Any activity performed through your account is considered your responsibility.
⚠️ Important Notice
Shopal is not directly responsible for disputes related to:
- • Food taste or quality complaints
- • Delayed delivery by shops
- • Incorrect product supplied
- • Refund/payment conflicts
- • Health issues caused by products
Such matters remain the responsibility of the respective seller/shop.
🛡️ Platform Rights
Shopal may suspend accounts, remove listings, update policies, modify features or restrict access if misuse or violations are detected.
