Payments are processed by our licensed payment gateway partner. Shopal does not see, store or handle your full card, UPI PIN or bank credentials directly.

Your name, phone number and delivery address are shared only with the specific shop and delivery partner assigned to your order — solely to fulfil it.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to us.

You may delete your account from within the app at any time.

Food shops must hold a valid FSSAI registration/licence before listing. All shops and delivery partners are verified before going live.

Complaints about a shop, delivery partner or the platform can be reported in-app or by writing to us below. Reported issues are reviewed and may lead to a warning or removal from the platform.
